The kids loved watching the thrilling races and cheering on their favorite dogs. The atmosphere was electric, and it was a great family-friendly activity for all of us. A definite highlight of our trip!
My wife says that the lodge could benefit from having a small play area or playground for children.

We got great value for our money at this cozy lodge with lovely details and a peaceful location near the lake. The hosts were thoughtful and made sure everything was stocked and ready for us, including a substantial continental breakfast. Best experience in Ireland so far!
The breakfast could have been improved with fresher butter.

Located just a short drive from Galway Greyhound Stadium, we were able to enjoy an exciting day of racing followed by a peaceful retreat in the lodge. The lodge itself was warm, comfortable, and spacious, providing ample room for our large family. The beds and bedding were cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep for everyone. We also appreciated the thoughtful amenities like towels, kitchen essentials, and even board games for our entertainment. It truly felt like a home away from home.
My kids wished for a play area or outdoor activities specifically designed for families with children.

Free parking saved me the hassle of finding a spot. The garden was a nice touch, but I didn't stay long enough to appreciate it properly.
Just what I needed, a patio and free private parking. How original.
